Kirby Cookies
Cute little Kirbys!

These cookies are cute cute cute. It gave me a chance to use my new circle cookie cutters to boot!

The recipe

Sugar cookie dough
White frosting
Red dye
Pink sprinkles (for cheekies)
Red Hots (for feet)
Black gel (for eyes)
Red gel (for mouth)

Yay for cookies!

Yay for cookies!

Add a tiny bit of red food dye (I like to use the gel kind) to the white frosting and blend.

All done.
Oh la la!

Sugar topped with more sugar.
The frosting part is the messiest part of the whole ordeal, so it's better to get it done all at once. Otherwise you're continually mopping off your hand to get the pink frosting off.

A completed Kirby.

Pour some sprinkles into the palm of your hand. Pinch small amounts and sprinkle to create the cheekies. Draw on eyes with the black gel and a mouth with the red gel. Add the Red Hots to create Kirby tootsies.

Done! (^'-'^)

Kirby!
